This is a public product demo with a restricted business portal for the I-Circum project. The public launch and final legal information are being prepared separately. Use fictional business and contact details when testing.
What does the portal store?
The location details you enter, your contact name and email, the account ID you use to log in, legal business name, country of registration, registration number, role/authority, business email, interest in an integration, status, revision version and timestamps. This portal does not store ChatGPT passwords or medical patient data.
Private profile and age
After sign-up, we ask for a name or alias and one or more purposes of use: holiday, city break, business or living here. The date of birth is used in the form and on the server to check this pilot’s 18+ threshold and is not stored. We only store a self-declaration of being 18+, the pilot information version, account ID and creation and modification dates. This is not independent age verification. Your profile is not public; the project administrator has technical access for administration.
2FA and sensitive data
An authenticator provides the second factor through Supabase. The business portal requires an ICIRCUM session confirmed with 2FA; the temporary ChatGPT pilot login cannot bypass this step. 2FA does not prove age or business ownership. Full age verification and self-service recovery with backup codes are not yet connected. The demo does not process ticket payments, flight details, hotel bookings or medical records.
Who can see my draft?
The portal supports the existing ChatGPT pilot login and the prepared Google/email login through Supabase. New methods are only activated after configuration. The server only returns profiles linked to your account ID. This project’s administrator can view submissions for review. Submitted profiles are not yet automatically made public or added to the app. No location has yet been marked as verified in this version.
Contact and deletion
Data is retained for this partner pilot. Ask the I-Circum project administrator for correction or deletion through the channel where you were invited to this test. A public partner launch first requires final contact details, retention periods and privacy terms.
Links and photos
Official websites and booking links open an external provider with its own terms. The website does not automatically load submitted logos. The atmosphere images used are illustrative demo images of fictional people or locations. No payment features or advertising analytics have been added.
Transport
Your location is requested only after you click and stays in this session. A route button shares your starting point and destination with Google Maps. In Uber, Bolt or the transport provider’s service, you may need to enter the journey again yourself. Nothing is booked automatically.
Your starting point, destination and entered prices remain only in the memory of this session. ICIRCUM does not save them to your profile or send them to a pricing or AI service. When you open an external route website, that provider’s privacy rules apply.
Session measurement for administration
For signed-in users only, we measure alias, viewed section, chosen area, start, last activity and estimated active time. We do not store GPS, IP addresses, question text, keystrokes or photos for this purpose. A secure functional session cookie links measurement to your browser. Tabs share one browser session. Hidden tabs do not count; a visible screen without recent interaction becomes idle. You can pause measurement. The administrator sees measured sessions only, not proof of physical presence. Records expire after seven days and are removed on the next measurement or dashboard request. The standalone mobile demo is not connected yet. The administrator also sees your alias and profile registration date, the number of registered profiles and your last retained session measurement; this is not a complete list of authentication accounts.
Your area
Approximate area from your IP; it may be inaccurate. Straight-line distance to town centres. Location is not saved to your profile. Only places currently covered by ICIRCUM are listed. Location is shared with Pixy in this tab for up to 5 minutes.
With permission, the app and Pixy share your location in this tab for up to 5 minutes. Not in your profile. Google Maps receives your departure point only when you open the route.

Pixy · AI
Your question, selected place and up to 6 recent messages are sent to Pixynta. ICIRCUM does not save this chat. Device coordinates are not sent to the AI model; with permission ICIRCUM uses them to calculate distances and route links. The API provider has its own retention policy. Do not share sensitive data.
Plan something together
Anyone with this link can see the plan and vote. Do not include private information in the title. The link expires after seven days. We use a secure browser cookie for your vote; clearing cookies or using another device can allow another vote. Votes do not prove unique people.
Voting saves a functional cookie for up to seven days. No name, email or GPS location is stored with your vote.
We store the organiser account reference, title, places/times, chosen option and pseudonymous votes. Links stop working after seven days; expired records are cleaned in bounded batches during subsequent plan requests. The organiser can delete earlier.
Sign-in security and optional measurement
For security we record new link requests, code and MFA checks, sign-in callbacks and logout through ICIRCUM: time, category, outcome, account reference when available and a masked email hint. No passwords, codes, tokens, full IP addresses or raw errors. App logs expire after 30 days and are cleaned on the next write or admin read. The administrator also reads limited account, session and audit records from Supabase. These do not prove someone is online. Direct provider attempts outside ICIRCUM and unrecorded historical events are not fully covered.
Session measurement is optional and off by default. Only after permission in Privacy & settings do we measure viewed sections, selected area and active time. You can use the app without it and withdraw permission there. Your account stores the latest choice, policy version and change time. Measurements expire after seven days; security logging is separate.
Language preference
We remember your manual language choice for up to one year with a functional cookie. Automatic selection uses the country supplied by hosting or your browser language. No GPS location is requested.
